Microsoft 365 Setup & Migrations

Business email and files.
Set up properly.

Get your company email, accounts and files working in Microsoft 365. Whether you are starting fresh or moving from another platform, we plan the work and explain what to expect.

Who this suits

The right help for your team.

Businesses setting up Microsoft 365, moving from another email platform or improving an existing setup. The work is planned around your users, source systems and business priorities.

What we can help with

Practical work.
Clear outcomes.

These are service areas we can scope together. Your proposal confirms the specific inclusions.

Business setup

Configure the agreed tenant, custom domain, mailboxes and user access. Set up relevant email authentication records and MFA, subject to licensing and access.

Email and file migration

Assess mailboxes, data volumes, file permissions and the source platform. Agree migration tools, pilot testing, cutover timing and recovery options before delivery.

Device access and handover

Test sign-in and the agreed email or file access on supported devices. Provide administrator handover notes and explain the remaining responsibilities.

What you receive

An agreed configuration and migration record, test results, handover notes and a list of outstanding actions. Client-owned administrator access and responsibilities are confirmed at handover.

Scope and availability

Microsoft subscriptions, migration tools, backup services and device management are quoted or scoped separately. Migration compatibility and any downtime depend on the source platform and agreed plan. We do not promise zero downtime or treat a migration as a substitute for backup.

How delivery works

Agreed before
we start.

Costs are tailored to the requirement. We confirm the scope, price and payment terms before a booking is agreed.

01

Assess the environment

Confirm users, domains, source data, access, licensing and the desired outcome.

02

Plan and test

Agree the scope and quote, validate prerequisites and test a pilot where appropriate.

03

Deliver and verify

Carry out the agreed change, verify access and data checks, and hand over the configuration.

Questions about this service

Can you use my existing domain?

Yes, subject to ownership and authorised DNS access. We plan the required records around existing email and website services.

Do we need to buy licences?

Each client needs the appropriate Microsoft licences for their users and required features. Your subscription costs and any migration tools are confirmed separately from delivery work.

Will you move everything automatically?

We assess what the source platform supports. Mail, calendars, files, permissions and application dependencies can need different methods; the proposal states what is included and excluded.

Tell us what you need help with.

Explain the problem or the change you are planning, where you are based and when you need help. Plain English is fine. Please leave out passwords and sensitive data.

Getting started

From agreement
to a clear handover.

You know what happens next, who owns each step and what is needed before delivery begins.

01 / CONFIRM

Accept the proposal.

Review and accept the scope, price, exclusions, payment terms and success criteria. We confirm delivery dates once the proposal is accepted and the payment terms are agreed.

02 / PREPARE

Agree access and ownership.

Nominate your business contact and confirm devices, systems and authorised access. We agree how credentials and MFA will be handled; do not send passwords in an enquiry.

03 / DELIVER

Keep the work visible.

We record work completed and update you at the agreed checkpoints. Decisions, blockers and any additional work are discussed before the scope changes.

04 / HAND OVER

Confirm the next steps.

Check the agreed deliverables together and receive the relevant notes, outstanding actions and ownership details. Any follow-up support is defined in the proposal.

For prepaid or ongoing support, we also agree the contact route, eligible requests, availability, time recording and escalation options. Standard booked support does not include continuous monitoring or emergency cover.

Website enquiry privacy notice

Updated 20 October 2026. K A Myers Limited, trading as K A Myers Tech, is responsible for the business enquiry information we receive. Contact: [email protected].

What we receive and why

When you email us, we receive your name, email address, company details and the requirement you choose to share. We use this information to respond, prepare quotations and manage related business correspondence. For business contacts, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling relevant enquiries and operating our services. Where you personally request a contract, processing may also be necessary for steps before entering that contract.

How the form works

When you press Send, the details you enter (name, work email, company, service, location and timing, and your message) are sent from your browser to Web3Forms, a form service that delivers them to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We do not keep a separate website database of enquiries. Web3Forms processes the information to deliver it to us and has its own privacy policy. If sending fails, the page offers a way to send the same brief from your own email app. Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and secure this website.

Providers and retention

Our Microsoft 365 email provider, Web3Forms and website hosting providers process information needed to deliver these services. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, manage any resulting engagement and meet applicable record keeping obligations. Retention depends on whether the enquiry leads to work, remains active or is needed to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information and, where applicable, request deletion, restriction or portability. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Analytics and marketing

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags, operated by Google, to count visits and measure how people reach the site, including from our ads. They set cookies only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, no cookies are set, but Google may still receive limited, cookie-free signals such as that a page was viewed, with technical information like your IP address, so that overall figures can be estimated. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time using Cookie choices in the footer. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing, and we do not make automated decisions about your enquiry.
